Aly is an experienced legal advocate in complex, multi-party litigation and appeals, as well as administrative, transactional, and corporate matters, concerning water rights and supplies and related real property issues. She has experience representing an array of clients throughout Colorado, including private agricultural, industrial, recreational and commercial water users and well owners, mutual ditch companies, non-profit corporations, conservancy districts, municipalities, and lenders in the purchase and sale, change, determination, and adjudication of surface and groundwater rights and supplies and augmentation plans. While Ms. Scott’s approach to her practice is to achieve her clients’ goals through collaborative and amicable negotiated resolutions, she also has the requisite skills to bring cases to trial to achieve her clients’ goals.
