KELLY J. CUSTER
Kelly has practiced water law since 1996. She has helped clients adjudicating new water rights, changes of water rights, and plans for augmentation. She has represented clients in water court and before administrative boards including the Colorado Ground Water Commission and the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission. Her practice includes transactions involving land and water rights which require review of water court decrees and other evidence of title to water rights and historical uses, and the subsequent preparation of deeds and necessary documents. Representative clients include farmers, water conservancy districts, well owners, and small municipalities.
